We're delighted to be working with a highly reputable company based in Oxfordshire, seeking a Commercial Building Surveyor to join their expanding team. This is an excellent opportunity to work on a diverse range of commercial projects across the UK, predominantly across the South of England and Greater London.
The Role
As a Commercial Building Surveyor, you will:
- Deliver commercial building surveying services across a diverse portfolio of projects
- Provide expert advice on property, construction, and building-related matters
- Complete detailed building surveys, reports, and technical assessments
- Carry out defect diagnosis and analysis, providing recommendations and solutions
- Advise clients on building condition, maintenance, and health and safety considerations
- Liaise with clients, contractors, construction companies, and other relevant stakeholders
- Manage project documentation and ensure accurate reporting
- Work independently while maintaining high standards of technical delivery
- Support clients with professional advice throughout the surveying process
