Building Surveyor - Repairs and Refirbishment Projects Location: Oxfordshire Salary: Up to £85,000 DOE + £450 Car Allowance + Fuel Card + Benefits Are you a Building Surveyor with a Local Authority, Social Housing or Public Sector background? Do you have experience delivering Repairs, Refirbishment, Voids, Planned, building compliance and refurbishment projects? We're recruiting for a growing consultancy seeking an experienced Building Surveyor to deliver a range of surveying and project management services across public sector property portfolios. The Role Deliver building surveys, condition assessments and defect diagnosis. Lead Repairs, FRA, Planned, Voids, remedial and building compliance projects from inception to completion. Prepare specifications, tender documentation and cost estimates. Undertake contract administration and manage project delivery. Advise clients on maintenance strategies, building regulations and statutory compliance. Build strong relationships with Local Authority and public sector clients. About You Any RICS Qualifiaction. Degree qualified in Building Surveying or similar. Previous experience within Local Authorities, Housing Associations or the Public Sector. Strong knowledge of Social Housing projects, building pathology and contract administration. Full UK driving licence. What's on Offer?
