This is an opportunity to join the team at their new branch being one of the initial Building Surveyors In this role, your work will be split between site based and office based, commuting to construction projects within Oxfordshire.
You will go out to survey projects, inspect building work and the overall safety and functionality of buildings before returning to the office to prepare reports, maintain documentation, create risk assessments and communicate with clients.
This role would suit a Building Surveyor from any construction background looking to join a well-established and growing Property Servicing company offering salary progression and support through Chartership.
