Building Surveyor (Commercial)

This role will be within our Clean Water Capital Delivery Team - Our teams deliver various schemes from Mains Renewal, Diversions and PMVs all in aid of supporting the UU clean water network. You'll sit in Commercial Team on a Framework Contract and will monitor and review the activities of the contract operation to enable the company to meet its commercial objectives and targets. The contract is on our long term Framework with United Utilities undertaking Clean Water Mains Replacement activities. You'll manage the full commercial lifecycle of projects from pre-contract through to final account, preparing accurate valuations and applications for payment with full contractual support and compliant documentation. Prepare and administer subcontract and procurement schedules, lead subcontract engagement from tender enquiry to final account, and manage supplier accounts, payments, and contract draftingincluding professional services agreements. Do you have significant ability in providing commercial expertise to technical specialists? Do you have a full UK driving license?
