BuildingSurveyorTheBuildingSurveyorrolewillincludeworkingwithourpartnerorganisationonadailybasistoensurethecomplianceandsafetyofourbuildingsalongwithworkingwithourPMOteamtodelivercapitalprojects.GiventherangeofthecouncilsportfoliotheapplicantisexpectedtohaveknowledgearoundissuesassociatedwithGrade1,Grade2,ScheduledAncientMonuments,CommercialandIndustrialsites.
BuildingSurveyorYouwillworkwithotherteamsacrossthecounciltohelpensureacompliantportfolioestateisinplace.
BuildingSurveyorAsaBuildingSurveyoryouwillhave:
-QualifiedRICSCharteredSurveyor
-Demonstrableexperienceworkingwithinapropertyenvironment.
-Strongknowledgeofcurrentlegislation,regulatoryissues,conservation&planningpolicy
-Theabilitytoworkunderyourowninitiativeaswellaswithinateam,oftentotightdeadlinesandonmultipleworkstreams. xwzovoh
-ExperienceinactingasContractAdministratorandactingasPrincipalDesignerforvariedprojectwork.
-Desirablebutnotessential,toactasNominatedPersonforAsbestosandFireManagement
