As an Associate Building Surveyor, you will play a key role in leading project delivery, managing client relationships and supporting the development of junior team members. You will work across a broad range of professional and project surveying instructions, including contract administration, technical due diligence, condition surveys, refurbishment projects and building pathology. You will also contribute to business development activities and help drive the continued growth of the Glasgow office. Degree qualified in Building Surveying or a related discipline. Strong technical knowledge of both professional and project-based building surveying services. Proven experience managing client relationships and leading projects.
