Buildings Compliance & Asbestos Lead (Hybrid)

Civic Recruitment Limited is seeking a Building Assets Support role in Ebbw Vale to assist the Local Authority with statutory compliance, inspections, and maintenance of the portfolio.

You will work with building surveyors, oversee asbestos management, supervise works, review RAMS, and ensure safety and regulatory standards. The role is hybrid with 3 days remote and 2 days in the office, 37 hours per week, for 5–6 months.
