Key Deliverables

• Lead analysis and implementation of strategic enhancements across the Non-Personal journeys, including Limited Company and Sole Traders.
• Produce outputs including process maps, writing customer communications, managing and tracking incidents etc.
• Support activities to identify, prioritise and deliver process improvements using technology enablers to increase automation and improve customer outcomes, across PKYB Programme and BAU.
• Partner across Operations, Technology, Compliance and Data to support the management of complex deliverables. xwzovoh
• Own end-to-end delivery of analysis, requirements, solution design and implementation, taking accountability for delivery with minimal oversight.
