Key Deliverables

• Support analysis, design and delivery of strategic enhancements (including new customer journeys), translating business priorities into clear requirements and user stories.
• Produce outputs including process maps, writing customer communications, managing and tracking incidents etc.
• Work independently with Operations, Technology, Risk and Data teams to define requirements, manage priorities and remove delivery blockers.
• Support activities to identify opportunities to embed PKYC technology capabilities into BAU, improving operational efficiency, customer experience and control effectiveness. xwzovoh
• Own delivery from discovery through implementation, providing proactive stakeholder management without requiring day-to-day direction.
