Business Analyst Location: Ramsgate, Kent (Hybrid 1 day per week) or Remote Salary: £27.69 - £29.23 per hour DOE Contract: Temporary Assignment to December 2026 (with potential extension) Hours: 37.5 per week Why Join Our Client? Our client is seeking an experienced SAP PS Business Analyst / Sub-Process Lead to support a major SAP S/4HANA transformation programme. This is an excellent opportunity to take ownership of key project activities while working with international teams and stakeholders across multiple regions. Key Responsibilities * Act as the link between business users and technical SAP teams. * Gather, analyse and translate business requirements into effective solutions. * Facilitate project planning sessions and stakeholder workshops. * Manage project scope, objectives, milestones and deliverables. * Identify risks and implement mitigation plans to maintain project momentum. * Monitor project progress, budgets and performance indicators. * Provide regular updates to sponsors and key stakeholders. * Support SAP S/4HANA Project System (PS) process design and implementation. What We're Looking For * Proven experience as a Business Analyst, Project Lead or similar role. * Strong SAP Project System (PS) module experience. * Experience working within SAP S/4HANA environments. * Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. * Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences. * Strong project planning, resource management and risk management experience. * Degree-level qualification or equivalent professional experience. * Able to collaborate effectively with teams across different time zones. Additional Information * Preference for candidates based within the wider Kent area. * Fully remote working may be considered. * Occasional travel to the Ramsgate site may be required.
