The company: Serviced office space provider.

Salary circa 45K plus bonus scheme for sales.

The role:

Managing a multi tenanted office spaces building.

Managing reception team.

Client liaison

General administration

Monthly invoicing and debt management

Sales, viewings, following up leads, dealing with brokers, driving occupancy forward and ensuring client retention / renewals revenue.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience as a property manager within the commercial property sector and previous sales experience.
