IS THIS SOMETHING THAT INTERESTS
YOU? This is an exciting role for someone who wants to build deep expertise in transformation, change management, and project management from the ground up. You will work closely with the Senior Transformation Manager on complex programmes, including org redesign, operating model work, technology implementation and mergers and acquisitions (M&A) activity, while developing your skills across the full range of capabilities in our Transformation and Strategic Change framework.
This role involves the practical mechanics of delivery including gathering and documenting requirements, coordinating across stakeholders, supporting the implementation and adoption of new systems and tools, and keeping multiple workstreams on track. You will be an individual contributor at this stage, but one with real ownership. Using our T-shirt sizing model (XS, S, M, L, XL), you will independently lead XS and S-sized initiatives and take ownership of specific workstreams within larger M and L programmes lead by our Senior Transformation Manager. This role is a role for someone who is hungry to learn, comfortable with ambiguity, and wants to make a tangible difference to how Foods Connected works.
Given the focus on org redesign, operating models, technology implementation and stakeholder led delivery, candidates with a strong project management instinct, a delivery-focused mindset and are structured analytical thinkers will thrive here.
