Due to growth, our client is hiring a Business Development Executive to drive new client acquisition. Our client is the UKs leading Salesforce & HubSpot specialist recruitment agency (This is a pure logo winning role NOT a Recruitment Consultant role). The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying demand, converting prospects into clients, and generating long-term revenue through those accounts. You will be expected to operate with pace and consistency, turning hiring signals into signed business.

Key Responsibilities

New Business Generation

• Win new clients across SaaS & Tech markets
• Build and manage a consistent outbound pipeline
• Convert prospects into signed Terms of Business

Signals & MarketIntelligence

• Work with delivery teams to act on live hiring signals from candidates
• Proactively identify new business opportunities via Linked In, and data tools
