Business Development ExecutiveNorth West LondonFull-Time – Monday – FridaySalary: £30,000 - £35,000 + Excellent BenefitsThe Role As a Business Development Executive, you'll work closely with Business Development Managers to generate new business, develop relationships and support funding applications from initial enquiry through to completion.What You'll Be Doing
- Build and develop strong relationships with new and existing finance brokers.
- Generate new business through proactive outbound activity and by managing inbound enquiries.
- Guide brokers through the full application process, from initial enquiry through to funding.
- Review and package funding applications, ensuring all documentation is complete and accurate.
- Manage your own pipeline using Salesforce, keeping records accurate and up to date.
- Liaise with Credit, Operations and Fulfilment teams to ensure applications progress smoothly.
- Keep brokers informed throughout the lending process, providing regular updates and resolving queries.
- Support the onboarding of new broker relationships.
- Identify opportunities to improve the broker journey and deliver an outstanding customer experience.
- Develop a thorough understanding of lending products, eligibility criteria and internal processes.
