Business Development Manager

Title – Business Development Manager Location – North West / Midlands Ideally (Home based) Products – Shoring, Groundworks, Temporary Works Basic Salary – £45,000 - £60,000 (depending on experience) On Target Earnings - £60,000 - £80,000+ (depending on experience) Job Reference – 35228 My client is a well-established, globally recognised brand that are looking for a Business Development Manager to specifically focus on their shoring products, targeting Larger Scale Projects across the Midlands and Northern Area, as well as upsell where possible their range other temporary works equipment where possible. They are looking for someone, who has experience selling within Tier 1 and 2 contractors, with a Hire background (plant, tool, equipment, formwork, falsework, shoring etc..) who can identify, evaluate and create specific large-scale project. Key role and responsibilities for this Business Development Manager Role is: * 70% New Business Role / 30% Upselling across existing accounts * Selling to Main contractors and sub-contractors, working on Large Projects * Experience covering the Midlands or Northern Region * Tasked with following projects through from start to finish * Autonomous, home-based role (they have local offices in the area if required) Minimum requirements for this Business Development Manager Role: * Confident talking with clients at all levels? * Have a proven track sales record of selling Shoring, Formwork, Plant Hire (or associated) products * Lives within the working region (or able to commute to all areas daily) * We are looking for driven, ambitious, professional candidates. * Full UK Driving licence - Provided with company car or allowance The Company is: * One of the UK’s leading formwork and shoring solutions provider * Market leader in formwork organisation with over 50 years’ experience * Great time to join the company due to their growth plans * Considered one of the main players to look out for within the UK amongst competitors If you think this role is for you, Click Apply Now
