We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to lead the development of opportunities across Europe and the Caspian region. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a forward-thinking organisation where you'll have the autonomy to build relationships, develop new markets and play a key role in its future success.

Reporting to the Commercial Director, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying and securing new business opportunities, developing strategic customer relationships and expanding the company's presence across Europe and the Caspian.

Working with operators, EPC contractors, service companies and strategic partners, you'll manage opportunities from initial engagement through to contract award while representing the business at customer meetings and industry events.

This is a highly visible role offering genuine autonomy and the opportunity to influence the future growth of the business.
