This is a home-based role with travel to broker offices across London and the Southeast, offering you the chance to build meaningful relationships and drive growth. Whether you’re experienced in broker relationship management or have a background in general insurance and are ready to step into business development, this role could be for you.How you'll make an impactYou’ll work closely with a panel of brokers, building strong, mutually beneficial relationships. By understanding their needs, you’ll identify opportunities to grow their business using Gallagher’s wide range of products. You’ll monitor performance, create tailored business plans, and deliver training and updates to ensure sustainable growth.
