About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and driven Business Development Manager to deliver profitable, sustainable growth across DS Smith's Construction and Agriculture segments. This is a senior, new - business role suited to a commercial leader with a strong hunter mindset, who can build value-led customer relationships and position DS Smith as the partner of choice for sustainable packaging solutions.

You will play a key role in growing a global, market - leading brand while supporting innovation, sustainability and closed - loop solutions across complex supply chains.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of long- and medium-term segment strategies within the UK Speciality Cluster

• Deliver profitable growth through strategic new business development, supported by strong account playbooks that culminate in successful tenders

• Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline to achieve in-year and future growth targets

• Act as senior point of contact for target customers, leading pitches, workshops and strategic engagements
