- Digital Forensics Location: Home-based, with occasional travel to client sites and company HQ (Warwickshire) Salary: £40,000-£45,000 basic uncapped commission benefits Sector: Digital Forensics / Cyber Security / Technology The Role We're looking for an experienced Business Development Manager with a strong background in digital forensics to join a growing technology business.
You'll be responsible for developing new business across the public and private sectors , building relationships with senior stakeholders and identifying opportunities where digital forensics and cyber security solutions can solve genuine customer challenges.
This is a full-cycle business development role focused heavily on new business, relationship building and engaging senior decision-makers.
You'll be expected to proactively identify opportunities, understand client challenges and position the company's digital forensics capabilities as a solution.
Key Responsibilities Develop new business opportunities across the public and private sectors Prospect through phone, email, LinkedIn and other channels Identify and engage key decision-makers within target organisations Build relationships with senior stakeholders across the public sector Visit prospective clients to understand their challenges and requirements Develop account plans and map key stakeholders Lead pitches, proposals and presentations Work closely with sales and marketing to develop campaigns and generate opportunities Keep up to date with digital forensics, cyber security and wider technology trends Manage opportunities and prospect activity through the CRM Consistently achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly targets What We're Looking For We're ideally looking for someone with: 5 years' experience within digital forensics Proven experience in business development / sales Strong understanding of digital forensics and its application within the public sector Experience selling technology, cyber security or professional services solutions A proven track record of winning new business and developing strategic relationships Experience engaging senior decision-makers and technical stakeholders Strong account planning and stakeholder mapping skills Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills A commercially driven, target-focused approach Experience using CRM and sales enablement tools Confidence operating independently while working collaboratively with sales and marketing teams What's on Offer? £40,000-£45,000 basic salary, depending on experience Uncapped commission Home-based working with occasional client travel Opportunity to work within a specialist digital forensics and cyber security environment Significant exposure to public sector and enterprise clients Genuine ownership of business development and market growth Opportunity to work with senior stakeholders and influence strategic opportunities Benefits package If interested, APPLY NOW!
