Business Development Manager Location: Glasgow / Central Scotland Working Pattern: Full-time, office-based with regular client and industry meetings The Opportunity This is a great opportunity to join an established construction and property business with an ambitious presence in the Scottish market. As Business Development Manager, you’ll play a key role in developing new opportunities, building strong client relationships and helping grow the business across Scotland. You’ll work closely with the wider team and have the opportunity to make a real impact, while developing your own career as the Scottish operation continues to grow. This role would suit someone who understands the Scottish construction and property market and has the relationships, knowledge and commercial awareness to identify where the next opportunities will come from. What You'll Do Identify and develop new business opportunities across the Scottish construction and property market. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients, consultants, developers and other key stakeholders. Develop a strong pipeline of future opportunities and work with the wider team to convert these into secured projects.
