Business Development Manager

Role: Business Development Manager Location: Remote, with regular travel across the UK and Europe Salary: Up to £75,000 depending on experience (OTE £120,000) My client is an established and growing precision engineering and advanced manufacturing business, supplying highly complex components and assemblies into demanding sectors including aerospace, automotive, defence and motorsport. We're looking for an experienced Business Development Manager, Sales Manager or Technical Sales professional with a strong understanding of engineered products and complex manufacturing environments. You will ideally have experience selling into sectors such as aerospace, automotive, defence, motorsport or other highly regulated engineering industries. Responsibilities Develop and implement business development strategies to deliver ambitious growth targets. Identify and pursue new business opportunities across targeted engineering and manufacturing sectors. Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities. Develop relationships with procurement teams, engineers, senior decision-makers and other key stakeholders. Identify opportunities to introduce customers to the wider capabilities of the business, including precision casting, CNC machining, assembly, testing and associated engineering services.
