We're recruiting for a Regional Manager / Business Development Manager to join a recognised professional body within the property sector. Covering Northeast England, this is an excellent opportunity for a commercially driven sales professional to represent a respected brand, building relationships with estate agencies and driving new business growth.
The Role
As a Regional Manager / Business Development Manager, you will:
- Develop and implement strategies to win new business within the estate agency sector
- Build and maintain strong relationships with estate agencies across your region
- Deliver engaging presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients
- Maintain regular communication with prospective and existing clients
- Identify and develop new business opportunities
- Represent the organisation at client meetings, networking events, and industry functions
- Drive revenue growth through a consultative, solutions-led sales approach
- Manage your own sales pipeline and work towards agreed performance targets
