We are looking for a proactive and commercially driven Business Development Manager to accelerate growth across key UK (Northern Region) B2B channels. Day-to-day of the role: Proactively identify, target, and convert new business opportunities within the Northern Region. Develop and execute business development strategies aligned with the company's growth objectives. Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision makers across target markets. Expand existing customer accounts by identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities. Manage and maintain an active sales pipeline using Salesforce CRM. Represent the company professionally at trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events.
