Business Intake Coordinator

A leading US law firm is looking for a Business Intake Coordinator to join its Risk & Compliance function in London.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a high-performing team and play a key role in supporting the firm’s new business and matter intake processes.

The successful candidate will work closely with lawyers, Business Intake, Conflicts, AML and other Risk & Compliance teams to ensure new business requests are reviewed, coordinated and progressed efficiently, while adhering to the firm's internal policies and regulatory requirements.

Previous experience in business intake, conflicts, AML, client onboarding or risk and compliance, ideally within a law firm or professional services environment. xwzovoh Experience with Intapp Intake or similar systems would be advantageous, along with exposure to legal conflicts, AML/KYC, sanctions or client due diligence.
