About the role: The main objective of the role is to support the planning, development, improvement and implementation of business intelligence functions including: data collection, data analysis, performance monitoring/reporting, benchmarking, inspection, organisational strategy, business planning, consultation, research and needs analysis.
Key Responsibilities: Include but are not limited to:
- Establishing excellent relationships internally and externally to anticipate and respond to needs
- Effectively communicate performance information
- verbal, written datasets, reports and/or presentations
- Assist with development of innovative KPIs
- Utilise a range of reporting tools
- Identify patterns, trends and data quality issues
- Manage xwzovoh your own work in line with team needs Expectations:
- Comply with company Code of Conduct, People policies and procedures, Health and Safety Policy and EDI.
- Adhere to Data protection Act 2018 and GDPR principles -Comply with Freedom of Information Act 2000
- Follow strict information security standards
