Peterborough College is seeking a Lecturer in Business to join our successful curriculum team. This role would suit individuals with recent industry experience in areas such as business administration, marketing, branding, customer service, project management, office management or general business operations who are passionate about developing future business professionals.


Teaching across a range of Business qualifications from Levels 1 to 4 (HND), you will help students develop the knowledge, skills and behaviours required to succeed in today's workplace. You will deliver engaging lessons, assess learner progress and provide the support and guidance needed for students to achieve their potential.


About You


We are looking for someone who has:


  • Recent and relevant industry experience within a business environment
  • Experience in areas such as marketing, branding, business administration, customer service, operations or management
  • A relevant qualification in Business or a related subject
  • Strong communication, organisational and IT skills
  • The ability to motivate, engage and inspire learners


Previous teaching experience within Further Education or Higher Education is desirable but not essential. We can support you to gain the relevant teaching qualification.
