Showroom Manager – Belfast Citroen
Hours: 44 hours per week, rota basis
A rare opportunity has arrived to join a fast‑growing part of Charles Hurst. We’re expanding our Belfast Citroen operation — and we’re looking for a Showroom Manager who can lead performance, drive standards, and shape the customer experience from day one.
About the Role
This is a hands‑on leadership role at the heart of a busy used‑car environment. You’ll help build processes, support sales performance, and set the tone for how Budget Direct Used Cars operates within Charles Hurst.
You’ll lead on:
Maximising sales, finance and insurance performance across the used‑car operation
Supporting the sales team with coaching, development and deal‑structuring
Ensuring full FCA compliance and a consistent, customer‑focused experience
Working closely with management to strengthen the site’s commercial performance
Bringing energy, ideas and leadership to a growing team
What We’re Looking For
A proven Business Manager or experienced Senior Sales Executive ready for the next step
Strong understanding of used‑car retailing, F&I, compliance and customer experience
A proactive leader who thrives in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment
Someone who enjoys improving processes and driving performance
A confident communicator who can inspire both customers and colleagues
