Business Operations Manager Fareham | £42,000 - £45,000 + Bonus + Excellent Benefits Are you an experienced Operations Manager looking to play a key role within a growing manufacturing business? We're recruiting for a well-established manufacturer seeking a Business Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operational flow of the business. Leading a team of five, you'll ensure customer orders move efficiently from quotation through to production, whilst providing the planning, reporting and coordination needed to support continued growth. This is a hands-on role within a lean and ambitious business where you'll work closely with senior leadership and have a genuine influence on how the operation develops over the coming years.
