The Role

As a Product / Business Analyst, you will act as the vital link between business stakeholders, clients, and technical teams, ensuring business requirements are translated into effective and valuable digital solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Facilitate requirements gathering workshops and clearly document outcomes.

Analyse, map and document business processes, workflows, and system requirements.

Gather, validate and prioritise business and user requirements.

Create and maintain user stories, acceptance criteria, and supporting documentation.

Partner with stakeholders to understand business challenges and identify opportunities for improvement.

Build strong relationships across clients, business users, and technical teams.

Support product backlog creation, refinement, and prioritisation.

Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.

Collaborate closely with development teams to ensure successful delivery of requirements.

Capture and communicate user feedback to support continuous product improvement.

Contribute to product roadmaps and delivery planning.

About You

We're looking for someone with:

• Experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, Product Analyst who has worked within the insurance niche.
• Proven experience gathering, analysing, and documenting business requirements.
• Strong experience working within Agile delivery frameworks.
• A solid understanding of the product development lifecycle.
• Practical experience using Jira and Confluence.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• The ability to balance business priorities with technical considerations.
• A proactive approach with confidence to challenge constructively and drive positive change.
