This position reports to the Head of Financial Control, leading a team to help drive performance through insightful analysis, building strong relationships with key stakeholders to support our ambitious growth plans and providing independent challenge to the level and nature of costs incurred.Full ownership of the end-to-end Group Cost function including P&L and balance sheet production, performance analysis and business partneringLead and develop a team to deliver high quality performanceBuild strong working relationships and become a key point of contact for senior level stakeholders across all central departmentsBuild and maintain robust financial models and maintain monthly rolling forecasts.Provide proactive assistance, support and guidance to the team, driving and promoting continuous improvement and efficienciesAssist with audits, corporate tax returns and statutory account queriesContribute to various ad-hoc projects and initiatives to support strategic goalsQualificationsMinimum 3 years’ experience of working in a similar finance roleA highly driven and energetic individual who is passionate about making an impact upon the business.Experience of working within a fast-growing business environmentPrevious success of enhancing business performance by providing business partnering supportExperience of leading a team of finance professionalsAbility to produce board-level quality reporting and analysisCommercial acumen coupled with strong technical accounting skills and excellent attention to detailExperience of interacting across all levels of the organisation including dealing with non-finance people to gather relevant information and provide robust challengeQualified CIMA, ACCA or ACA accountant or equivalentAdditional InformationYour impact on Radius will be rewarded with a competitive rewards package plus the opportunity to develop and progress your career in many directions.
