You will be responsible for Cutting, trimming, boning, and preparing a range of meats (beef, lamb, goat, and poultry) to customer specifications. Ensuring all products are processed in accordance with Islamic halal standardsand UK food safety legislation. Managing stock rotation and ensuring full traceability of meat products. Maintaining cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety at all times. Training or assisting junior staff when required. Skilled in carcass breakdown, boning, portioning, and trimmingacross various meats. Food Hygiene Level 2 (or higher)certification Good English communication skills and ability to work effectively within a team.
