As a Butchery Shop Manager, you'll take ownership of a busy traditional retail environment, combining hands-on butchery expertise with commercial responsibility for sales, standards, stock and your team.   You'll be joining an established family-run business with a long-standing reputation for quality produce, traditional craftsmanship and excellent customer service.
