Cables Production Lead — Lean, Quality & Safety

Prysmian in Wrexham is seeking a Manufacturing Team Leader to head the site’s first line team, delivering to operational targets within budget and timescale, and sustaining performance through strong leadership.

You will motivate the team, enable clear communication across functions—Logistics, Maintenance, Engineering and QSHE—and drive lean improvements to quality, safety and OEE while sustaining on-time customer delivery.
