CAD Manager

West Sussex | £40,000-£50,000 | Permanent We're looking for an experienced CAD Manager to lead and support an established Building Services CAD team in West Sussex. You'll take responsibility for a team of three intermediate CAD Engineers, providing the technical guidance, structure and day-to-day support they need to continue developing. It's a great fit for an experienced CAD professional who enjoys the people and technical side of management, rather than stepping away from the drawings completely. What you'll be doing Managing and supporting a team of CAD Engineers Providing technical guidance and reviewing CAD outputs Overseeing Building Services coordination Maintaining CAD standards and quality across projects Supporting the development of intermediate team members Remaining hands-on with CAD and coordination where requiredWhat we're looking for Strong AutoCAD / AutoCAD MEP experience Building Services / MEP background Previous CAD management, team leadership or mentoring experience Strong coordination knowledge Confidence reviewing and improving technical outputs Ideally able to regularly access the West Sussex office, although greater flexibility may be considered for the right personThe opportunity £40,000-£50,000, with the chance to take ownership of an existing CAD team and have a genuine impact on how it develops.
