Café Cook & Supervisor: Lead Kitchen & Service

University of the Highlands and Islands is recruiting a Café Cook/Supervisor to be based at Thurso Campus. The role involves day-to-day catering delivery for students, staff and external stakeholders, stock ordering, and managing health and safety compliance.

The successful candidate will have industry kitchen qualifications, strong organisational and communication skills, and supervisory experience. Gaelic ability is advantageous. 30 hours per week, permanent, salary £30,177 per annum pro rata.
