Cafe Team Leader | Flexible Hours & Growth

Tesco UK is seeking a Team Leader for one of our Cafés in Ballymena. You’ll support the Manager, coach team members, and drive excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include maintaining operational and safety standards, delivering health and food safety training, opening and closing the café, and finding ways to improve service while promoting an inclusive culture and opportunities for progression.
