We are seeking highly motivated Calibration Engineer/Technician to join. our team, Joining our team as a RF Calibration Engineer, you will be responsible for undertaking various calibrations both ISO9001/17025 accredited in accordance with Company Procedures, UKAS regulations, recognised specifications, etc. Calibrating measuring instrumentation to traceable and accredited standards. About the RoleWhat will you be responsible for: • Perform calibration of customer equipment using approved procedures and good Metrology practice. • Ensure all certificates and records are completed accurately; • Participate in UKAS and accreditation audits. • Handling technical enquiries and liaising with clients where necessary. • Produce, develop and audit automated and manual calibration procedures for use within the Laboratory for customer calibration. • Develop measurement uncertainty budgets for customer calibrations. • Provide technical support and mentoring to colleagues on request in line with capability. • The ability to understand & interpret specifications/technical drawings will be advantageous. .
