Candidate Experience & HR Administrator

Edinburgh Napier University is seeking a Colleague Experience Administrator to join the People Team, initially supporting Talent Acquisition and onboarding. You will help deliver a positive candidate and colleague experience and support HR systems and processes.

As part of the transformation journey, you'll contribute to system improvements, right-to-work checks, inductions and maintaining accurate records, with opportunities to broaden across the employee lifecycle.
