Job Overview * Location: Altrincham, Manchester * Salary: £24,000 - £27,000 basic salary + bonus scheme (Dependent on Experience) * Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent About the Role GS3 Recruitment is seeking a proactive Candidate Manager / Recruitment Resourcer in Altrincham to support consultants by sourcing and managing talent, with a clear pathway to a Consultant role. This role is suitable for individuals with experience in recruitment, sales, or customer service who are looking to develop a long-term career. Key Responsibilities * Sourcing & Screening: Utilizing job boards, LinkedIn, and networking to find and assess candidates. * Candidate Management: Building talent pipelines, managing the recruitment process, and providing an excellent candidate experience. * Administration & Coordination: Arranging interviews, providing feedback, and maintaining accurate CRM/compliance records. * Collaboration: Partnering with consultants to meet client requirements. Requirements * Experience in recruitment, resourcing, sales, or customer-facing roles is highly preferred. * Strong communication skills and confidence in phone/video interactions. * Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
