Capital Delivery Manager – Estates (Hybrid, 4-Year FTC)

South Wales Police in Bridgend is seeking a 4 year Fixed Term Capital Delivery Manager to lead a significant capital build programme, including the construction of major buildings within the force area. The Estates department oversees all police buildings, and the Capital team manages new builds and refurbishments from divisional HQs to a new Custody Suite.

The role is full-time with hybrid working, requiring travel within the force area.
