We're working with a well-established and growing engineering business looking to recruit an experienced Southern Regional Sales Manager to join their UK sales team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially driven sales professional with proven experience selling capital plant or capital equipment into engineering or manufacturing environments. This is a field-based role where you'll be responsible for developing new business, managing key customer relationships, and delivering high-value technical solutions across a defined Southern territory.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop new business and grow existing customer accounts across the Southern region
Manage the full sales cycle for high-value capital plant and equipment solutions
Build long-term relationships with customers and distribution partners
Identify new market opportunities and maximise sales growth
Prepare quotations, proposals, and commercial presentations
Collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional customer solutions
Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and CRM system
Requirements:
Proven success within a technical field sales role
Previous experience selling capital plant or capital equipment is essential
Engineering or manufacturing industry background is essential
Experience managing long sales cycles and high-value projects
Strong business development and key account management skills
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities
Self-motivated with the ability to manage a large sales territory independently
What's on Offer:
£55,000 basic salary with uncapped commission (OTE £85,000+)
