Join our supportive team in Tamworth as a passionate and skilled Car Insurance Claims Assessor (internally known as a "Motor Claims Adjuster"). In this exciting role, youll play a key part in guiding our commercial customers through their claims journey, making a real difference when they need it most.
How you'll make an impact
Take ownership of a diverse portfolio of motor claims, including damage, credit hire, and injury cases. Oversee the entire claims process, making key decisions on fraud, liability, and settlements. Collaborate with clients, brokers, suppliers, and claimants through phone and email to deliver exceptional service. Share your expertise by mentoring and supporting less experienced team members. Strengthen client relationships by attending meetings and fostering meaningful partnerships.
About You
You bring valuable experience in managing motor damage and credit hire claims. You have a solid understanding of insurance principles and a proactive approach to claims handling. Youre well-versed in OICP and MOJ Portal Claims processes. Your keen eye for detail and commitment to outstanding customer service set you apart. You thrive in a team environment, always ready to share your expertise and support your colleagues.
