Your Role

As a vital member of our Cheltenham technical team, you will:

  • Carry out routine vehicle servicing, brake overhauls, clutch replacements, timing belts, and general mechanical maintenance.
  • Utilize up-to-date diagnostic tools to efficiently troubleshoot and resolve electrical, mechanical, and engine management faults.
  • Maintain high standards of work to ensure reliable "first-time fix" results and high workshop productivity.
  • Work productively as part of a close-knit team to keep jobs running smoothly and maintain customer trust.

What You Need

  • Qualifications & Experience: NVQ Level 2 or Level 3 in Light Vehicle Maintenance & Repair (or equivalent). Proven track record as a Vehicle Technician or Mechanic in a busy workshop environment. F-Gas certification is preferred (or an interest in obtaining it).
  • Licensing: Full UK driving licence is essential. An active MOT Tester licence is preferred but not required.
  • Equipment & Mindset: Must possess your own hand tools; bring a strong work ethic, keen eye for detail, and a team-first attitude.
