The Role You'll be the first person a buyer deals with handling enquiries from the website, phone and forecourt, qualifying what they need, showing them the right car, handling the finance conversation, and closing the deal. We give you the stock, the leads and the tools; you bring the hunger and the people skills. This is a role for someone who treats every enquiry like money on the table, follows up relentlessly, and genuinely enjoys turning a browser into a buyer. Experience helps, but attitude and coachability matter more. What You'll Do Respond to website, phone and online enquiries fast speed to lead wins deals Qualify buyers on budget, timeline, part-exchange and finance needs Book and run appointments, give great test drives, and close the sale Present finance and add-ons (warranty, GAP) honestly and confidently Follow up every lead until it's won or genuinely dead Keep the CRM updated so nothing slips through the cracks Hit and beat monthly units and profit targets What We're Looking For Full UK driving licence (essential you'll be moving showroom stock and running test drives) Confident, resilient and target-driven A great communicator on the phone, in person and over text Comfortable using a CRM and following a sales process Sales experience is a plus, but we'll train the right person Available to work weekends our busiest days What We Offer £18,000 basic salary plus uncapped commission on unit sales, finance and add-ons (realistic OTE £35,000£55,000+) Full training and support we give you the stock, leads and tools; you bring the hunger A family-run dealership with no politics direct access to the people who make decisions Genuine opportunities to progress; we promote from within How Hiring Works Here Apply online (1015 minutes, in your own words).
