Locum Band 7/8a Cardiac Physiologist (Cardiac Devices) in Shropshire Temporary Staffing Agency (TSA) is recruiting an experienced Band 7/8a Cardiac Physiologist (Cardiac Devices) to join an NHS service in Shropshire on a locum basis.

Start Date: ASAP Duration: 3 Months Location: Shropshire Working Pattern: Monday to Friday, 9:00am
- 5:00pm The Role This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Cardiac Physiologist to join a busy NHS Cardiology Department, providing specialist support within Cardiac Devices.
The successful candidate will be responsible for running cardiac pacing clinics, performing device follow-up and analysis, and supporting complex cardiac device implant procedures.
You will be expected to work independently, delivering high-quality patient care while maintaining excellent clinical standards.
Working closely with cardiologists, specialist nurses, and the wider multidisciplinary team, you will contribute to the safe and effective management of patients with implanted cardiac devices. xwzovoh
Requirements Relevant degree or equivalent qualification in Clinical Physiology / Healthcare Science Previous experience working at Band 7 or Band 8a level within Cardiac Devices BHRS or IBHRE accreditation is essential Significant experience running cardiac pacing clinics Ability to independently support and manage cardiac device implants Strong knowledge of pacemaker, ICD, and CRT device management Excellent communication and patient-facing skills Ability to work independently and prioritise workload effectively Experience working within a multidisciplinary team Enhanced DBS required Must have the right to work in the UK for the full duration of the assignment Apply For more information or to apply, please click apply as soon as possible.
