You will also work closely with the Home Manager, Deputy Manager, and Senior Carers to support the smooth running of the service. What we are looking for in a Care Assistant: Previous experience working as a Care Assistant is essential A caring, compassionate, and empathetic nature Strong communication and interpersonal skills Reliable, trustworthy, and committed to providing high standards of care Care Certificate, SVQ/NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care, or equivalent is preferred Full eligibility to work in the UK (no sponsorship or visa switch available).
