Main duties of the job

This role requires you to assist residents with daily living activities, ensuring that they receive the care and support they deserve. You will be part of a team that provides support and companionship to residents, making each day enjoyable. You are expected to be dedicated and compassionate, as every day will be different and rewarding. Responsibilities include supporting residents with meals, following care plans, and spending one-on-one time with them. Experience in caring for older people, a positive approach, and excellent communication skills are required. Training will be provided to help you thrive in this role.
