Care Assistant / Community Carer

Due to our successful expansion, we have exciting opportunities for highly motivated, experienced and dedicated Community Care Workers to join our established team across Suffolk. The role includes supporting individuals in accessing the community and empowering them to live independent and fulfilling lives. We are looking for kind and reliable Care Assistants who possess the right qualities to support and encourage our clients to maintain their independence whilst remaining in a safe environment.
