We're currently looking for reliable, caring people to join our Southampton team.
Available shifts
Evening: 5:00pm–10:00pm
Split shift: 7:00am–1:00pm & 5:30pm–10:30pm
Perfect if you want regular evening hours, extra income, or a split shift that gives you more working hours.
Great pay & benefits
£14.80–£16.59/hr weekdays including holiday pay
£15.30–£17.15/hr weekends including holiday pay
35p per mile mileage allowance
£230 paid training bonus

What you'll do
You'll support clients in their own homes with:
Personal care
Medication support
Meal preparation
Companionship
Shopping and household tasks
Supporting independence and wellbeing
No two days are exactly the same, but every day you can make a difference.
What we're looking for
You will need:
Full UK driving licence
Your own reliable car
Right to work in the UK
Availability for 20+ hours per week
Availability for evenings and every other weekend
A caring, reliable and friendly attitude
Previous care experience is welcome but not essential – full training is provided.
