Thornfield Care Home is situated on the outskirts of the lovely seaside town of Seaton which is located on the world-famous Jurassic Coast. Thornfield Care Home is registered for 52 residents.
We are thrilled to offer an exciting opportunity to become part of Thornfield's continued success and growth. We are currently seeking compassionate, dedicated individulas to join our valued and supportive team.

The successful candidate will be required to work alternate weekends.
Care Assistant Contract £13.00 per hour
Paid breaks
Enhanced overtime rate
Shifts are: 7.30am - 20.15, 7.30am - 14.15, 14.00 - 20.00
Paid DBS, company pension, uniform provided
5.6 weeks annual leave (based on a full time contract)
Role Overview
As a Care Assistant, you will make a meaningful difference in our residents lives everyday. This role is central to delivering high quality, person centred care that supports dignity, independence and overall wellbeing.
You will support individuals with daily living including personal care, mobility, nutrition and emotional wellbeing, helping them feel comfortable, respected and valued. By following care plans and recognising changes in condition, you will contribute to safe, responsive and consistent care.
Working as part of a supportive team, you will help create a warm and positive environment where relationships matter and people feel truly cared for. This opportunity is open to both experienced carers and those new to care, with full training, guidance and ongoing development provided to support your journey. The successful candidate will be requred to work alternate weekends.

Previous experience is beneficial but not essential
NVQ Level 2 is desirable or willingness to work towards
